On June 20th, the 2025 World Semiconductor Expo (WSCE2025) kicked off at the Nanjing International Expo Center. In the current context of the vigorous development of artificial intelligence, the soaring global demand for computing power, and the continuous expansion of emerging application fields, this grand event has attracted nearly 200 leading enterprises from the upstream and downstream of the semiconductor industry chain, as well as experts, scholars, industry leaders, and government representatives to gather together to discuss strategies for the high-quality development of the industry.
This expo, from a global perspective, comprehensively showcases the innovative achievements of the entire semiconductor industry chain. From design and manufacturing to packaging and testing, and then to equipment materials, terminal applications and talent cultivation, industry giants and innovative enterprises made their appearance on the same stage. Cutting-edge EDA tools, high-performance computing chips, advanced packaging solutions, key semiconductor materials and other cutting-edge scientific and technological achievements were presented in a concentrated manner, vividly outlining a dynamic global semiconductor industry ecosystem.
During the exhibition, multiple high-level professional forums were launched simultaneously. On the opening day, the "2025 International Semiconductor Innovation Summit" was held first. Elites from all walks of life engaged in in-depth discussions and intellectual exchanges around core topics such as "Computing Power Leap Driven by AI", "Breakthroughs and Synergy in Advanced Packaging Technology", "Innovation in Semiconductor Materials and Construction of Supply Chain Resilience", and "Opportunities for the Localization of Automotive Electronic Chips".
As a landmark exhibition in China's semiconductor field that has received UFI international certification, the World Semiconductor Expo has been successfully held for six consecutive years. Over the past six years, it has attracted more than 160,000 professional visitors from 23 countries and regions around the world, gathered over 1,300 top exhibitors from 12 countries, and has become an important international platform for gathering global industrial resources, promoting technological innovation and ecological cooperation, and facilitating the high-quality development of the global semiconductor industry.
